My wedding day was the best day of my life, and we couldn't have done it without Ash & Ry. I had never thrown a big event before, but with their help we pulled off an unforgettable ceremony, a huge dinner, and an epic dance party, all in the same community hall. If you're getting married, and you want to feel beautiful and effortless the whole day, I have no better advice than to A) follow your heart, and B) hire On The Fly Events. On the day of the wedding, once in a while I would cross paths with Ash, and every time she smiled and gently checked in with me. Her presence and grounded-ness as our coordinator helped me to feel like I could just enjoy myself without worry. It was only afterwards that I learned all of the heavy lifting that she did to pull off so many little details just for us. I'm immensely grateful for her professionalism. And I must say, Ry heard our wacky idea for a cocktail, and did not hesitate to experiment with our unique ingredients to make an awesome drink. It was so good and so perfect for us. He was a fantastic bar manager and all our guests had such a fun time and all the drinks they could ask for. Early on in the planning process they spent time working with us to understand our vision for the ceremony and the reception, and they helped us clarify important questions about logistics which ultimately shaped the flow of the whole day. They offered package and price options which let us be creative when we wanted to be, and let us lean on their expertise when we needed to. Highly, highly recommend.

On the Fly did an amazing job at our wedding this past June! We hired them to run our bar, and provide day-of coordination services. They ran the bar all night with incredible service, energy and delicious drinks. Their team worked with us to develop unique and personalized cocktails, and helped us to correctly estimate alcohol purchasing prior to the event. I had friends messaging me asking me for their drink recipes after the wedding!
